Refractory Insulation Fire Clay Brick for Industrial Kiln

Product introduction of insulation fire clay brick

Light clay insulating brick is a kind of high temperature insulating refractory material. It is made of refractory clay clinker as raw material, plastic clay as binder, added with appropriate amount of combustibles or foaming agent, molded by a brick press, and then sintered. Light clay thermal insulation bricks are generally used as the thermal insulation layer of high temperature kilns.

Features of insulation fire clay brick

The light clay brick can play the strongest heat insulation effect only when it is within the maximum allowable temperature.
Light clay bricks are mainly used in the thermal insulation layer of thermal equipment and industrial kilns. They can be used in the parts without strong high-temperature melting material erosion and scouring. Some surfaces in direct contact with the flame are coated with a layer of fire-resistant coating to reduce slag erosion and furnace gas soot erosion and damage.
