Product introduction of JM28 mullite insulation brick:
The refractory of mullite insulating bricks is relatively high, reaching above 1790 ℃. The starting temperature of load softening is 1600~1700 ℃. The compressive strength at room temperature is 70~260MPa. Good thermal shock resistance. There are two kinds of sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks. The sintered mullite brick is made by shaping and firing with high alumina clinker as the main raw material and a small amount of clay or original bauxite as the binder.
Advantages of mullite insulation bricks:
- Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation effect
- The mullite insulating brick has low heat fusibility. Mullite series lightweight insulating bricks have low thermal conductivity, less energy storage and obvious energy-saving effect in intermittent operation
- The content of impurities is low, and the content of alkali metal and other oxides in the iron box is extremely low, so the fire resistance is high; High aluminum content makes it maintain good performance in reducing atmosphere
- Mullite insulating bricks have high thermal compressive strength
- The appearance size is accurate, which accelerates the masonry speed, reduces the use of refractory slurry, ensures the strength and stability of masonry, and thus extends the service life of the lining
- Mullite insulating bricks can be processed into special shapes. Reduce the number of bricks and joints.
