Brief introduction of mullite insulation brick JM28
Mullite insulation brick as a good refractory raw material, this kind of mineral is relatively rare, aluminum silicate at high temperature generated minerals. Mullite can be made of various types of medium insulation brick, heat insulation effect is good, has been successfully used in many industries. The Mullite thermal insulation brick series products launched by Kerui are produced by our own physical factories with excellent and reliable performance and can provide comprehensive after-sales service for construction.
Features of insulation brick JM28
High insulation
High fire resistance
Low bulk density
Low thermal conductivity
High strength and corrosion resistance
Details of insulation brick JM28
The refractoriness of Mullite insulation brick series products produced by Kerui material is higher, which can reach more than 1790℃. Load softening starting temperature 1600 ~ 1700℃. Pressure strength 70 ~ 260MPa at room temperature. Good thermal shock resistance. There are sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks. Sintered mullite brick is made from high bauxite clinker and a small amount of clay or raw bauxite as binder. Fused mullite bricks are made of bauxite, industrial alumina and refractory clay, and charcoal or coke particles are added as reducing agents. The crystallization of fused mullite is larger than that of sintered mullite and its thermal shock resistance is better than that of sintered mullite. Their high temperature performance mainly depends on the content of alumina and the uniformity of the distribution of mullite phase and glass.
