Brief introduction of ceramic fiber cloth
Ceramic fiber cloth contain about 15% organic fibers. When the product is heated for the first time, the organic fiber in the product will gradually carbonize and turn black with the increase of temperature, resulting in smoke. There may be a fire in the area. This is normal and does not affect the use.
Features of ceramic fiber cloth
- The continuous use temperature can reach 1000 ℃, and the short-term use temperature can reach 1260 ℃;
- It has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and has good corrosion resistance to aluminum, zinc and other molten metals;
- High temperature resistance and good thermal insulation performance (see physical and chemical indicators);
- The electrical insulation degree of ceramic fiber cloth, tape, packing and other series products reinforced with alkali free glass fiber is higher than that of glass fiber and high temperature electrical insulation;
- It is non-toxic, harmless and tasteless.
