Product introduction of ceramic fiber cotton
Ceramic fiber cotton is a mixture of high-purity clay, alumina, silicate powder, chrome sand and other components, which is melted in an industrial electric furnace to form a liquid. Then, use the compressor blower or optical fiber press to combine the silk into fibrous tissue, and the fibrous tissue forms ceramic wool through the cotton gin. Fiber cotton can be processed into fiber clothing, board, paper, fabric, rope and other products.
Features of ceramic fiber cotton
- No adhesive, long-term use in neutral oxidizing atmosphere
- Low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity, high fire resistance and high thermal sensitivity
- Excellent wind resistance and mechanical impact resistance
Applications of ceramic fiber cotton
- Thermal reactor insulation
- Fire protection of various industrial equipment and thermal insulation of electrical appliances
- Thermal insulation materials for equipment combustion
- Components of modules, folds and application units
